Sansa Stark must be one of the most hated characters in A Song of Ice and Fire. The vitriol levelled against her is often frightening in its intensity, surpassing that for actually horrific characters like Joffrey…
Absolutely. A quick temper would have gotten her killed.
Read the whole thing. I agree 100%. Sansa grew on me quick because of the game she’s playing too, and I know a lot of friends (mostly male friends) who shit on her all the time and I don’t think that’s cool at all.
Not really Gravity Falls related but Disney issued a press release today that gave us some information on their upcoming shows. One included with that was “Wander Over Yonder” airing this summer, like Gravity Falls did last year. “Wander Over Yonder” is by the same guy who did both “The Powerpuff Girls” and “Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends” so you know it should be great. Here’s the part from the press release from Disney.
“Wander Over Yonder” - premiering in summer 2013, this animated comedy, created, directed and executive-produced by Emmy-winning producer Craig McCracken (“The Powerpuff Girls”, “Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends”), is about best friends and epic enemies, set in surreal places across the universe. Wander is an overly-optimistic intergalactic traveler who, along with his loyal but bullish steed Sylvia, goes from planet to planet helping people to live free and have fun, all against the evil reign of Lord Hater and his army of Watchdogs. The voice cast includes Jack McBrayer (“30 Rock,” “Phineas and Ferb”), Keith Ferguson (“Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends”) and Tom Kenny (“SpongeBob SquarePants”). “Wander Over Yonder” is a production of Disney Television Animation.
This “certain prof” just wants animation to be a boys only club, and especially a straight, white boys only club, he just doesn’t want to come out and say it, because then he will REALLY be in hot water. He just is really good at making roundabout statements about how he wants everything to be drawn by Disney or Warner Brothers and everything else is wrong.
I hope he gets knocked down a peg or two by his colleagues for his outdated and unwanted attitude in an age where the “oppressive liberals” want more diversity in media and that’s a GOOD thing.
The 16 Types
I just realized it would probably make sense to consolidate all of these into one post.

I’M MOTHERFUCKING MUFASA. FUCK YEAH.
These are some egg designs I made for a character design/adoption auction over at FA: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10477553/
Wanted to share the designs and the stories I made up for them:
Egg #1 Story: This egg was found by a young girl in Ancient Greece whose mother always told her to stop climbing the olive trees - but what young girl on a hunt for adventure amongst the birds truly listens to her mother? On one of these forbidden ventures, she found a particularly large olive tree and climbed all the way to it’s peak when she seen something odd at it’s upper branches. A nest made of not straw and twigs, but of barley, silk (from so far away!), and strange wefts of what felt like clouds in her mind. Scooping up the single egg, she hurried away to see what a man in the bazaar would make of it!
Egg #2 Story: This egg was happened upon by a young man heading home from the rice fields one evening during the Han Dynasty in a riverbed. Amongst the reeds and pebbles, this beautiful egg glowed with colours of jade and fleck of gold. Astounded by his finding, and finding the waters strangely warm around it, he took it for something valuable, perhaps a dragons egg, or some other lesser known creature, and quickly took to the market to see what it would fetch!
Egg #3 Story: Before the Modern period in the land of Alba, a fisherman just come back from a long journey came upon this egg. It had been growing dark on his way back from harbour to home, and passing by a cemetery housing both dead warriors and their wives, something caught his eye. The egg had a shine and a purposeful design to it, laying beside an equally well-carved tomb, as if crafted by the spirits, and though spooked by its location - being a suspicious man - he lifted it and brought it to his family to see what would hatch…
A commission that I thought was dapper to put up here…
So I am selling a Persona 3 Akihiko Sanada figure. New, in box, never opened.
I am looking for $160 plus s/h or best offer through PM.
Help my friend out in buying her figurines. I’ve seen em in person, they’re in good shape and she needs to pay off some bills! Thanks for looking!
